Luscious Oat M!lk Chocolate, coconut cream and a sweet almond flour crust comes together beautifully in this exquisite gluten-free, dairy-free version of a chocolate tart. The perfect recipe to try at home with friends and loved ones!
¼ Cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil, softened
½ Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Cup almond flour
½ Cup coconut cream, chilled
¾ Cup Oat M!lk Chocolate
Optional: Pastel Lilies (for garnish)
Optional: Fresh Strawberries (for garnish)
Optional: Chocolate Shavings (for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 350℉ and lightly grease 4 mini (3½") tart pans.
Using a stand mixer, whisk the coconut cream on high for 3 minutes.
While whisking, melt the Oat M!lk Chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. *See recipe notes.
Add the melted chocolate to the cream and whisk on high for another minute. Place in refrigerator to thicken.
Mix together all of the crust ingredients until a dough forms.
Separate the crust between the pans and press onto the sides and base of the pans.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown. Let the crusts cool completely.
Once the crusts have cooled, whisk the mousse for another minute and scoop onto the crust. Add on any desired toppings. Enjoy!
