Luker Hot Cocoa

VEGAN HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPES

VEGAN DARK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:

 36g (1.3 oz)     Luker Fino de Aroma Fine Dark Chocolate (Tumaco 65%)

200g (7 oz)      Liquid (Water, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Cashew Milk)

 

VEGAN OAT M!LK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:

50g (1.8 oz)     Luker Oat M!lk Chocolate

200g (7 oz)      Liquid (Water, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Cashew Milk)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat proof container.

2.) Heat liquid to under 95°C (200°F).

3.) Pour hot liquid over chocolate pieces and whisk, froth or blend.

4.) Pour into a cup, mug or glass and enjoy!

 Luker Oat M!lk Iced Cocoa

VEGAN CHOCOLATE COLD DRINKS

OAT M!LK COLD CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:

50g (1.8 oz)     Luker Oat M!lk Chocolate

200g (7 oz)      Liquid (Water, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Cashew Milk)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat proof container.

2.) Heat liquid to under 95°C (200°F).

3.) Pour hot liquid over chocolate pieces and stir, froth or blend.

4.) Add the remaining 150 grams of cold liquid and froth.

5.) Pour over a glass of ice and enjoy!

 

TIPS:

  • Try carbonating your cold drinks!
  • Pre-mix cold drinks and store in a fridge overnight for quick and easy serving the next day.
  • Flavor your drinks with fruit purees and syrups.
  • Flavor your drinks with an infusion:
  • Heat the liquid to 95°C and add fresh Mint, Lavender or Earl Grey Tea and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and chill if used for cold drinks.
  • Use freshly ground cardamom, black pepper and cloves added to the liquid for a spiced drink!
