2 tsp                     Ground Cinnamon

2/3 cup               Marshmallow Creme (recipe to follow)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet.

2.) Mix together the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the egg, coconut oil, and honey until a dough forms.

3.) Press the dough into the bottom of the skillet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.

4.) Spread the chocolate out over the crust and bake for another 2 minutes, or until the chocolate begins to melt.

5.) Top with marshmallow creme. You can just spread it out on top of the chocolate, or put it in a ziploc, cut off the corner, and pipe the creme on top of the chocolate. Optional: drizzle melted chocolate on top of the marshmallow.
