Blackberry Lavender Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin

  • 1 tsp. Lavender Simple Syrup (see recipe)

  • 1 tsp. Blackberry Simple Syrup (see recipe)

  • Ice cubes

  • Soda water

  • Sprigs of Rosemary

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Mix together gin, lavender simple syrup, and blackberry simple syrup.

  2. Fill up a glass with soda water. Mix.

  3. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish. It's as simple as that!
