Shipping & Returns

We require 1-2 days of processing an order. All orders will ship within 2 business days. Our Customer Service Team will notify you if there is a delay in filling your order. Delays could occur due to product availability. No orders ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. 

At this time we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

We only ship products within the continental US.

We do! For any order over $75.00, we offer FREE Ground Shipping. 

We are proud of all of our products and stand by their quality, no matter what. We want you to be happy with our products as well as our service. If you are not satisfied with our products or our service for any reason, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction. We use FedEx as our parcel service. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, due to logistic labor issues, national holidays, and other factors. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will need to contact FedEx directly about your parcel.

ifiGOURMET is dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our food products. During the summer months and when shipping to warmer climates, we will use an insulated, temperature retaining packaging system for shipping chocolate and other sensitive items. When shipping fragile items, we always utilize best practices in protecting the products during transit. We are experts in shipping our products and review every shipment to determine the optimal transportation and packaging for the order. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control every aspect of the delivery of our products. If there is damage to the product(s) you receive or you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately at provisions@ifigourmet.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Product Questions

Most of our products are shelf stable and should be stored in a pantry or cool, dark place. Chocolate should be stored between 54F – 68F with a max humidity at 60% in an odorless environment. All products are marked with a Best By date.

Not at this time. 

For a perfect soft texture, put the choux into the fridge 24 hours before filling. The choux will absorb the moisture from the refrigeration. Fill the choux by piping it from the base or by slicing the top of the choux. Fill & decorate a minimum of four hours before serving and store in refrigeration until ready to serve. The pastry will soften even more when filled.

Yes, you can fill and bake with our ready to fill tart shells. Please read chefs tip under each tart size for optimal baking temperature and time.

The enemy of the freezer is the air. They need to be in an airtight container and then wrapped in a double layer of plastic all the way around the container. When it's time to thaw, do not unwrap them and let them thaw completely in the refrigerator (overnight is good). They can be frozen for up to a week. If the filling was baked (like cheesecake or key lime) they could be refreshed in the oven for 4-5 minutes.

Sure! They need to be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in an airtight manner. If they get soft during the freeze/thaw stage, they can be "refreshed" in a 350F oven for 5-10 minutes.

Our all-natural rainbow sprinkles will hold up on top of a cookie and inside a cupcake, but the colors may run (unlike sprinkles made with synthetic colors). Our colorful and vibrant crystal sugars can be used as decoration on pastries, cakes, or confections, but are not recommended for baking applications as the color will brown.

Brilliant Powders show that a little goes a long way, and make your job easier too. Simply use a paintbrush to dab the glitter onto your chocolate confections, or put chocolate toppings in a bag to shake; shaking the sweets in a bag of Brilliant Powder results in a look that's sure to be a stunner. The best part? It took you almost no effort.

They should go into the freezer fully wrapped or in an airtight container. They should thaw fully wrapped or in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight before unwrapping or opening. The idea here is that you want any condensation happening from the freeze/thaw to gather on the outside of the plastic rather than on the pastries themselves. If they're still soggy after following this method, an egg wash will help, but the tart shells need to be egg washed, baked for 4-5 minutes at 350F, cooled slightly and then filled and baked again at whatever temp the recipe calls for.
