Terms of Service

RETURN POLICY

Returns or discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the product. Returns must have prior authorization before being shipped back to our parent company, AUI Fine Foods. Please reach out to provisions@auifinefoods.com to receive instructions and authorization for a return.

Once a return has been authorized, a return shipping label will be issued. Return shipping labels will only be valid for 10 business days. Any returns attempted after those 10 business days will be denied, and no refund will be issued to the customer.

Please make sure that the items being returned are packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit. For a refund to be issued, returned products must arrive to us in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We will inspect all returned products for quality and quantity. If approved, a refund will be issued to the customer’s account within 10 business days. If denied, no credit will be issued.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

SALES TAX

ifiGOURMET Provisions calculates and collects sales tax on sales of merchandise and shipping charges in accordance with state and local tax regulations. ifiGOURMET Provisions reserves the right to modify the calculation of tax with no notice in accordance with changing regulations. If ifiGOURMET Provisions does not collect sales tax on your order and your purchase is not specifically exempt from taxation, it is still subject to use tax. All purchasers are obligated to meet their state reporting requirements and details of tax rates and how to file may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Our Customer Service Team will notify you if there is a delay in filling your order. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, due to product availability, national holidays, and other factors. No orders ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. At this time we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE & FRAGILE PRODUCTS

ifiGOURMET Provisions is dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our food products. During the summer months and when shipping to warmer climates, we will use an insulated, temperature retaining packaging system for shipping chocolate and other sensitive items. When shipping fragile items, we always utilize best practices in protecting the products during transit. We are experts in shipping our products and review every shipment to determine the optimal transportation and packaging for the order. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control every aspect of the delivery of our products. If there is damage to the product(s) you receive or you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately at provisions@auifinefoods.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
