If ifiGOURMET does not collect sales tax on your order and your purchase is not specifically exempt from taxation, it is still subject to use tax. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
All orders will ship by the end of the following business day. Our Customer Service Team will notify you if there is a delay in filling your order. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, due to product availability, national holidays, and other factors. No orders ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. At this time we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPPING TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE & FRAGILE PRODUCTS

During the summer months and when shipping to warmer climates, we will use an insulated, temperature retaining packaging system for shipping chocolate and other sensitive items. When shipping fragile items, we always utilize best practices in protecting the products during transit. We are experts in shipping our products and review every shipment to determine the optimal transportation and packaging for the order. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control every aspect of the delivery of our products.
