Ingredients

Latte Macchiato Pastry Cream

¾ C (100 g) Zürimix Cold Process Pastry Cream
1 ¾ C (400 g) Cold Whole Milk
2 Tbs (28 g) Dreidoppel Latte Macchiato Paste
HUG Filigrano Mini Chocolate Tarts

Chantilly Cream

1 ¾ C (400 g) Heavy Cream
½ C (100 g) Granulated Sugar

Directions

Latte Macchiato Pastry Cream

Combine the Zürimix Pastry Cream with cold milk in a bowl and whisk until the mixture thickens.
Add the Dreidoppel Latte Macchiato Paste into the mixture until fully combined.
Add mixture into a piping bag and pipe the filling into Mini Filigrano Chocolate Tartlets.

Chantilly Cream

In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
Transfer the whipped cream to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
Pipe the whipped cram onto the tartlets. Top with holiday sprinkles as desired.
