Ingredients

  • ⅓ Cup Natural Cocoa Powder 22-24%
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • ½ Cup melted Tumaco 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Gold Crystal Sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the brownie dough ingredients with a spoon.
  2. Using your hands, roll the brownie dough into 6 equal sized balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  3. Dip popsicle sticks into melted dark chocolate, insert into the brownie balls, and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove brownie pops from refrigerator. Holding onto the stick, dip each brownie ball in the melted chocolate, tapping twice to remove excess chocolate.
  5. Place brownie pops stick-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to set.
  6. After about 10 minutes, or whenever the chocolate has hardened, add a little melted chocolate to the flat side of the ball (the part that was lying on the baking sheet) and immediately dip in the Gold Crystal Sugar. Enjoy!
