Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup Natural Cocoa Powder 22-24%
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- ½ Cup Natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
- ½ Cup melted Tumaco 85% Dark Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Gold Crystal Sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the brownie dough ingredients with a spoon.
- Using your hands, roll the brownie dough into 6 equal sized balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Dip popsicle sticks into melted dark chocolate, insert into the brownie balls, and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Remove brownie pops from refrigerator. Holding onto the stick, dip each brownie ball in the melted chocolate, tapping twice to remove excess chocolate.
- Place brownie pops stick-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to set.
- After about 10 minutes, or whenever the chocolate has hardened, add a little melted chocolate to the flat side of the ball (the part that was lying on the baking sheet) and immediately dip in the Gold Crystal Sugar. Enjoy!
