Bienex Florentine Mix
Honey and nut cookie mix; simply add sliced, slivered or chopped nuts and bake for crispy, thin cookies or decorations.
Applications: Bee-sting, florentines, coconut slices, almond fingers etc.
Preparation:
- Florentines: Mix the ingredients together and spread into greased rings. Baking temperature: 392°F (200° C).

Bee-sting: Spread the nuts on to the dough and using a sieve, spread the BIENEX on top. Baking temperature: 428°F (220° C).
