Applications: For cream tortes, slices, desserts, Swiss rolls, omelettes, cut and freeze stable cream fillings and decorations.

Preparation:

  • Combine 5 oz/140 g Braun and 7 oz/200 g Water (or Other Liquid). Fold 35 oz/1 kg Heavy Cream, Whipped, into the mixture.
  • Final Yield per Bag: 288~352 fl oz(8.5-10.4 L)
  • Servings by Volume per Bag: 112 × ½ cup portions
