Made with Dreidoppel Blueberry Flavor Paste, this syrup delivers vibrant, true-to-fruit flavor with a rich, consistent finish. Its concentrated profile enhances the natural sweetness of the blueberries, creating a balanced and elevated blueberry latte.

Ingredients

2 C / 300 g Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
½ C / 100 g Granulated Sugar
1 C / 237 mL Water
¼ tsp / 0.5 g Cinnamon
1 Tbsp / 15 mL Blueberry Flavor Paste

¼ C / 60 mL Half and Half, Cold
1 Tbsp / 15 mL Blueberry Syrup

¼ C / 240 mL Blueberry Syrup
¾ C / 180 mL Milk
1 fl oz / 30 mL Espresso (1 shot)

In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, water, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the mixture has reduced and thickened, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and allow to cool sightly. Stir in the blueberry flavor paste until fully incorporated. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.

Combine the half-and-half and blueberry syrup and froth until light and foamy.

Add the blueberry syrup to the bottom of a large glass and fill with ice. Pour in milk, followed by the espresso. Top with the blueberry froth.
