Dubai Pistachio Dip

Pure Pistachio Paste is the heart of this Dubai Pistachio Dip, bringing rich, nutty flavor and natural creaminess to every bite. Made from finely ground pistachios, it blends seamlessly into the dip, creating a smooth base that balances perfectly with the tahini, crunchy knafeh, and glossy chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ C / 360 g Pure Pistachio Paste
  • 2 Tbsp / 30 g Tahini
  • 2 C / 180 g Whipped Cream, Purchased or Prepared, Thawed
  • 1 ½ C / 90 g Toasted Knafeh (Kataifi), Chopped
  • ¾ C / 120 g 58% Tumaco 65% Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp / 28 g Butter
  • 2 ½ Tbsp / 50 g Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp / 30 g Hot Water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the pistachio paste and tahini until completely smooth and uniform.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is light, fluffy, and evenly combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Fold in the toasted knafeh, reserving a small handful for garnish. Mix just until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the dip evenly into a serving dish.
  5. Combine the ingredients place chocolate, butter, corn syrup, and 2 Tbsp hot water into a heat-safe bowl.
  6. Microwave in 15–20 second intervals, stirring well between each, until the chocolate is fully melted.
  7. Stir until smooth and glossy. If needed, add additional hot water 1 Tbsp at a time until the ganache is fluid, spoonable, and softly set (not stiff).
  8. Pour the warm ganache over the pistachio dip and finish with additional toasted knafeh.
  9. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, cookies, or enjoy straight from the spoon
