Directions
Cut 6 white chocolate wafers in half and place to the side.
Pour melted dark chocolate over a 10x15” jelly roll pan or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to evenly spread out the chocolate.*See recipe notes
Place 6 whole white chocolate wafers on your dark chocolate bark, evenly spacing them out so you have enough room to add the bunny ears.
Add 2 of the half white chocolate pieces to each whole wafer for the bunny ears.
Decorate the rest of the bark with your favorite sprinkles. Place your bark in the freezer to set, about 5 minutes.
Remove chocolate bark from freezer. Dip a toothpick in the leftover melted dark chocolate. Use the toothpick to add a little bit of dark chocolate to 6 of the pink confetti sprinkles and place them (chocolate side down) on the white chocolate bunny faces to make the noses. Place bark in the freezer again to set, about 1 minute.
Use a knife to carefully cut the bark into pieces. Enjoy!
