Craving a spooky yet indulgent treat? Our Strawberry Ghosts recipe is the perfect answer! These adorable ghostly creations are brought to life using Grand Marque White Confectionery Coating, which gives the strawberries a smooth, glossy finish and the perfect ghostly look. To create their spooky faces, we’ve used Grand Marque Dark Confectionery Coating for the eyes and mouth. These two coatings make for a deliciously festive treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat!

Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Ghosts

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white confectionery coating in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Using a spoon, create a “ghost tail” shape on the parchment paper with the melted white chocolate
Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate glaze and place it on top of the ghost tail. And then allow chocolate to set.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark confectionery coating in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Spoon the Dark Confectionery Coating into a pipping bag or cornet.
Pie eyes and mouths onto the strawberries to create spooky ghost faces.
