Yield: 9x13" Baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
14.4 oz (408 g) All Purpose Flour
0.34 oz (9.5 g) Salt (1.5 tsp)
0.16 oz (4.4 g) Baking powder (1 tsp)
9 oz (255 g) Unsalted butter, soft room temperature
10.5 oz (300 g) Granulated Sugar
5.3 oz (150 g) Brown Sugar
0.18 oz (5.2 g) Dreidoppel Vanilla Bourbon paste (1 tsp)
3 (150 g) Whole Eggs
13.4 oz (380 g) White Chocolate Chips
6 oz (170 g) Natural Sprinkles
1.) Spray baking pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
2.) Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt and baking powder.
3.) In a separate mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars together until fluffy.
4.) Add vanilla and eggs and beat until fully incorporated.
5.) Add flour mixture and beat slowly until combined.
6.) Fold in 10 oz white chocolate chips and 4 oz of sprinkles.
7.) Spread batter into prepared pan.
8.) Sprinkle remaining white chocolate chips and sprinkles on top of blondie.
9.) Bake for 30 minutes until golden with crisp edges.
10.) Allow to cool completely before cutting.
