Muffin Batter
Beat butter and sugars on high until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, yogurt, and Dreidoppel Apple paste, continue to cream for 1 minute, then scrape down sides and continue to cream for another minute.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until fully combined.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, then add milk and chopped apples. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
Spoon or scoop the batter into cupcake liner, filling each one halfway.
Press a handful of crumb topping on top of each muffin batter.
Bake at 350˚F for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the muffin.
Lastly, drizzle with the Apple flavored icing and enjoy!
Dreidoppel Apple Icing
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until fully combined. Use this icing drizzle on muffins, coffee cake, dessert breads, cookies, hand pies, or anything you want to add some flavor to!
